Alice’s career has been as varied as Woj’s, going from teacher to trainer to Information Technology manager and back to training and consulting. She has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of both management and leadership and now develops and delivers workshops and seminars to help people overcome workplace communication challenges in order to improve productivity and performance.
In their work together, Alice and Woj design programs and systems for both individuals and groups and travel together to deliver them. Despite working together so closely, they are still happily married—to each other!
